OK so Tuesday thoughts...I ask a question - you ponder then answer.

What food do you eat most when you are stressed?

Me? Chocolate. It's chocolate for bored and sad too. It's like the greatest cure-all ever invented. :) Well in my opinion anyway.
Oh and any kind of chocolate will suffice...snack size, bar size, cookie form...whatever I can get my hands on!!

Mine is any kind of sweet! I ALWAYS have to have something sweet!
When I'm stressed I eat blowpops or chocolate ice cream
I eat carbs. majorly. and some sweets.
Sweets, lots of chocolate too. I also tend to make grilled cheese on toast. I am a huge cheese fan so the worse the situation gets the bigger chunk I cut.
