Practice makes Perfect
On Saturday I took a beginners photography class to learn how to use my new DSLR camera. We had to learn to use the manual settings, which is hard btw! There's so much to consider!!
We also got a crash course in Photoshop Elements 8. I'm planning to purchase it here soon, but I found you could download a free 30-day trial. I did that today, so I could play with all the new pictures I took.
All the pictures below were taken today and not at my photography class. We really didn't have much to take pictures of at the class and these pictures are much better and much more interesting. I helped my MIL teach a beginners photography class {with a point and shoot} today for my SIL's 4H group and I used the opportunity for more practice.
So here's my first pictures using manual settings and playing with PSE 8...
