3 weeks
How Alexis is already 3 weeks old, I'm not sure. But it seems that as much as I'd love for time to slow down, it's just not going to happen.
Every week is somehow better than the last and I fall more in love with my sweet little girl.
Sleeping: She sleeps in 4-6 hour stretches overnight and anywhere from 1-2 hours during the day in between feeds.
Eating: During the day she eats every three hours like clockwork. If she's asleep she'll start to stir and is ready to eat! At night when she wakes up fussing letting me know it's time, she's a hunger monster and eats a good 10 minutes on each side and doesn't fall asleep while feeding.
Activity: She's much more alert for longer periods of time now. After eating, she'll stay awake for a good hour before falling asleep. Sometimes she'll stay awake longer. We've been putting her on her activity mat and in her swing and she seems to like both of them. She's getting really good at tummy time too.
Likes: She loves to snuggle! She also loves to lay on your chest so she can look up at you. She loves the ceiling fan and she loves windows.
Dislikes: If she doesn't like something, she's quick to let you know. That's for sure. She's very much like her momma and daddy. She does not like to be hungry and she doesn't like diaper changes that take too long (in her opinion.)
Highlights of the week: She's starting to kind of smile and I can't wait for that full on smile when she's awake. She's much better at holding her head up and easing it down. She's also sleeping in longer stretches at night which makes things easier on me!
Here are some pictures from the week...

Glad shes sleeping longer during the night now. She is such a beauty! You are such a good photographer!
I can't get over how cute she is. Such a pretty baby. It sounds like she's not too hard to get along with. She's almost the same size as the rabbit in one of the photos. It would be cool if you documented her growing by posing her with the rabbit every month or something.
oh my goodness! she is SOOOO precious!!! what a sweetie pie!
