I agree about DST--it is so dark when I get up, it's hard to motivate myself to get out of bed. I'm also with you about the shock of summer coming--I need to hit the gym!

DST is totally kicking my butt too. I hate that it's pitch black when my alarm goes off. It's got my circadian rhythm all out of whack. I need that soft pre-sunrise natural light to start waking me up. Otherwise, I feel like a zombie for the first half of the day. I have no use for that extra hour in the evening. It stays light til 9pm in the Summer! That's too late for light. =P And don't even get me started on driving into work with the sun just coming up over the tree line & blinding me.
